Students will need a copy of the book Monster in the Hollows by Andrew Peterson. The assigned chapters must be read or listened to BEFORE class. Students can use their own books, library books, ebook, or even listen to the audio book. If listening to the audiobook, it is highly recommended that student reads independently to develop their own reading comprehension and competency.
Although this book is somewhat allegorical, we will be reading this book from a non sectarian perspective.
