The Honest Truth by Dan Gemeinhart is a great book about dreams, survival, and adventure. It’s a book about having hope even when you're dealing with an illness. It is a 229 page book that will be read throughout a four week period. Students will be guided through discussions and encouraged to question and share their opinions and ideas about the characters and their situations. We will predict, inference, analyze, and make connections throughout our lessons. ***BEFORE our first class...
