Book Club Reading Don't Feed the Bully/Discussion With the Author Brad Tassell
This is one meeting with the Author of Don't Feed the Bully after you have read the book! We will have a ball discussing the characters, the comedy, the mystery, and there might be a song or two. I am also a comedian after all.

This is a classic book club with a twist. You are doing it with the best-selling award winning author of the book. Not only will your questions be answered, but the insight into the mind of the author are just extra benefits. We will start by discussing the book, as I ask you questions about plot, themes, ideas, contect, but then dive deeper into character development and motivations. We will discuss and do activities on simile and metaphor. We will also learn steps to stop bullying and...
This is important: This is the kindest of discussions. We are having fun and learning, there is no requirement to answer or not answer, but we ask everyone participate with kindness and compassion. This all means that not knowing or answering questions with anything you think and feel is beautiful. If you think it, you can say it, and we will discuss. And every one who joins the class will do the same. We are here to learn and grow, and be who we are.
I wrote the the book. I have also done extensive published research, articles, pieces, and keynotes on bullying. I got this.
You will need to read the book prior to class, or try your best. If you don't get it done, come anyway. The kindle is $2.99 or you can get them other places. I have taken $3.00 off the price of the program to reflect this cost. You can also listen to the audiobook for free on Youtube. This is a book club, there will be no tests, but you will have one of the greatest learning experiences of your life.
55 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 1 - 2 hours per week outside of class.
This book is specifically written to not have anything scary or inappropriate, but the subject matter is bullying in a school.
