In this ongoing book club, learners will read and discuss one of the My Weird School each week developing their comprehension, vocabulary, spelling, and much more! Come and discover the adventures of My Weird School together! ESL friendly. 🔹 Week of 4/11/24 - Miss Daisy is Crazy! 🔹 Week of 11/11/24 - Mr. Klutz is Nuts! 🔹 Week of 18/11/24 - Ms. Hannah Is Bananas! 🔹 Week of 25/11/24 - Miss Small Is Off the Wall! 🔹 Week of 2/12/24 - Mr. Hynde Is Out of His Mind! 🔹 Week of 9/12/24 - Mrs. Roopy is Loopy! Learners can join the class at any point. This is an ongoing course so each class stands alone. We focus on a different theme from the books each week whilst developing comprehension skills, grammar, vocabulary, reading and writing. Learners can join the class no matter how much of the series they have read. Each week will include a range of teaching activities including reading out loud, videos, discussions, activity sheets, Q+A, slides and more. Learners will be encouraged to share their ideas in a variety of ways throughout each class. Please do contact us with any questions. We look forward to being part of your learning journey!

Parental Guidance
Please note, this is an English language class. This is not a 'read along' class. Our own teaching materials are used to teach learners during this course. The focus of the classes is to develop language including, phonics, vocabulary, grammar, comprehension, fluency and writing skills.
Supply List
Learners will need a notebook, pencil and crayons for each class. The books are required for this class. Students may use e-books, hardcopy and paperbacks, or audiobooks to read and comprehend the text.
External Resources
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
