Class Experience

During this class, which will meet over a period of 5 weeks, students will be reading beforehand and discussing among each other the book "Charlie y la fábrica de chocolate" by Roald Dahl, which you can find on amazon.com. The goal for this class, is for students to develop reading comprehension skills in Spanish, while reading a very entertaining book that also helps them expand vocabulary and improve conversational skills. This is a small class; therefore, students will be actively speaking...

This class is taught in Spanish.

Students will learn Spanish vocabulary and grammar, as they will be reading extensively. They will also improve the conversational and writing skills, and develop critical thinking by discussing the book and giving their own opinions about it.

Students are required to read the assigned chapters before each session.

In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:nearpod

45 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 1 - 2 hours per week outside of class.
