Join Sophie Mouse, Ms. Carol and friends as we adventure together, exploring Silverlake, hunting berries, learning to swim, and making new friends! This sweet, easy-to-read, and ADORABLE series is perfect for emerging or reluctant readers! In this exciting, adventurous book club we will meet once a week to discuss the Sophie Mouse books in order. There are 18 books in the series, with #19 to release in September. The Sophie Mouse books are written by Poppy Green, and illustrated by Jennifer A. Bell. Each book stands alone, so students can choose to join us for their favorite book, or stay for all of the fun! Books will be read ahead of time, before class. Class time will be divided between discussing the books and playing fun games! This class is designed to be fully interactive and students are expected to be fully engaged. We welcome shy students, and I will do my best to help them feel at home!
