1 hour per week. A small assignment will be assigned at the end of each class, due at the beginning of next class, and will incorporate the material learned in the previous class by answering simple questions. Assignments will not be longer than 4 sentences. Students will complete the project individually but are welcome to work as a group if they prefer. Homework will not take longer than 30 minutes.Class Experience

Topics covered will include greetings, colours, days of the weeks, months of the year, weather, food, animals, and basic sentences. Our class will begin with the students presenting their homework from the previous class, which will include approximately 4 sentences using the material learned in the previous class. We will then learn a new topic and will work on pronunciation and incorporating it into conversation. My teaching style is very interactive and will include songs and encouraging the students to work together to answer questions. Students do not require any prior experience or knowledge. A pencil and paper/notebook will be helpful but are not required. Work sheets may be sent out the week prior if they will be used in class, but are also not required.

I graduated in 2015 from the University of Manitoba with a BSc in Microbiology & Biology, and have been teaching online since 2019.
