Description
Class Experience
I will teach students French from the beginning at a slow, steady pace. We will sing songs, play games and do simple conversations to prepare students for meeting French speaking friends or to buy items in shops in French speaking countries. I have a B.A. Honours degree in French from Leeds University and have lived and worked in France. I have taught French in English schools, from primary school to college level. I speak French fluently and spend some time each year at our house in the...
Students will learn a range of vocabulary and simple sentences in French, whilst having fun.
Worksheets will be provided most weeks with activities to allow students to do activities in class (such as colouring) or to reinforce learning.
Students will need paper and writing/colouring pencils most weeks in class.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
I will provide verbal feedback during the class and brief written feedback after the class to parents.
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
