Class Experience
This is a well-developed and proven workout program that was designed by Jillian Michaels. The Teacher is a certified Body Shred instructor. The workout is 30mins in total and students are encouraged to have a water bottle near by for when they feel the need for a drink. The workout will include a warm-up and cool-down as well as cardio, resistance and abdominal exercises. Students will be given a template for exercise goals and are encouraged to share their goals with the other students....
Students will learn new exercises and how to keep active. The workouts are designed to be used over and over again. Every body is different and therefore students are encouraged to ask for modifications for exercises that may not work for them. As well students are welcome to provide feedback in the classroom page about the workouts.
Randi-Lee is a certified Body Shred instructor and fitness professional. She trains individuals and offers group fitness classes as well as being a top Canadian kickboxer who has fought internationally in the past.
There is no homework but the teacher strongly recommends doing each workout at least 3 times throughout the week.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
No live meetings, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
