Overall class time: This is a fun ongoing course where students will sing the Bluey theme song in Italian, watch about a 2 minute episode of Bluey in English and then in Italian, and learn some Italian related words with the show Bluey that we watched.

To gain a love and interest of learning Italian through watching some of a fun, popular kid's show called Bluey in Italian and having the ability to also watch the shows in English to compare

I believe that taking foreign language classes opens the doors to many opportunities. In high school, I took Spanish, and at university, I took up through Intermediate level in Italian. I now give students the opportunity to learn Italian language by making it fun and engaging through my teaching style, print offs, and Quizlets games. I have been teaching basic through intermediate Italian courses for over 3 years involving basic conversation skills, grammar (present indicative, passato prossimo, conjugating verbs with pronouns, adjectives reflecting the correct the-- as there are 7 the's in Italian, and more), as well as vocabulary and fairytale reading classes to make the lanuage to come to life in a fun way.

Optional homework to review some Italian words learned in class or watch the Italian video again.0 - 1 hours per week outside of class

Nothing. However, I will provide a 1-3 page print off of some vocabulary/ phrases that we'll learn that can be printed off to review after class.

In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:Youtube

We will watch 2 YouTube videos to learn the theme song and watch part of a show, and they will be given the link to play it for homework to review if they want.
