Welcome to Blender Basics! This class is all about getting practice creating basic 3D models in Blender. This is a class for complete beginners. I assume the student has NEVER used Blender before. This class is for students that have zero experience using Blender. The 3D models made in this class are extremely basic and low-poly/low-detail. Examples of basic items would include items such as a table, a backpack, or a sword. Anything considered intermediate level or advanced is NOT covered...
Basic computer skills is required for this course. Experience using a computer is required. Students must be comfortable using a computer keyboard and a computer mouse.
Supplies: Please download Blender class begins. go to Blender.org to download. A computer mouse is STRONGLY encouraged. I strongly advise that students use 2 screens for class so that they can see my screen and their own screen at the same time.

This class uses Blender, a third party tool. No account is required to use Blender. Blender requires internet access in order to download and install it to your computer. Parental Guidance is advised to assist with downloading and installing the program. Blender should only be downloaded from the official site: www.blender.org.
