Parental Guidance
This class uses Blender, a free open source software that you can download to your home computer. No account is needed and no sign-in is required. It is completely safe to use and is child and teen friendly.
SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS
Blender must be installed and fully working on your computer BEFORE you enter your first day of class.
Supply List
Students must download and install Blender before the first day of class. If you have problems installing please send me a message on Outschool and I will try to help. Software Requirements: Blender 3D software https://www.blender.org It's totally free, available on Apple and Windows computers, but is not available for mobile devices. Hardware Requirements: - Computer: Mac or Windows laptop or desktop (CHROMEBOOKS AND TABLETS DON'T WORK WITH BLENDER). - Blender Software (must be installed and tested on your computer by the start of your first class). - 3 Button Mouse - THIS IS REQUIRED (has a mouse wheel and a left and right mouse button, LAPTOP TRACK PADS WON'T WORK). - Keyboard SUGGESTED: Number pad 2nd monitor connected to your computer for viewing the lesson
