In this 1 time class, the students will learn different reading skills for my early childhood friends.

2. How is my class structured? What is my teaching style?
Each activity will have an allotted amount of time, around 10-12 minutes for each. I will use music, video clips, flash cards, discussions, and stories to help my students master these areas. I love different songs and dances to help the children with a little bit of fun. No experience is necessary. That is what I am for!Learning Goals
Students will start their mastery of letter names, sounds, and sight words. There will be skills to help them learn to read or continue the journey to reading.

Teacher expertise and credentials
1. I will be offering social skills classes called the Busy Bees Bunch. They help kids learn how to express their emotions. It is such a hard time right now and it is very confusing for kids. Why not learn some healthy ways to talk about how you feel in a fun way?
2. I have my Masters Degree in Early Childhood Education, with concentrations also in Childhood and Special Education. I have my Bachelors Degree in Human Services with a concentration in Counseling, and a minor in Psychology. I have been in the education field for 10+ years with some of my highlights being teaching middle school special education students in New York for 3 years, 5 years teaching kindergarten in Florida, 1 year of First Grade in South Carolina, and now running my own tutoring company.
3. I have worked in so many place and with so many students in my life. I have come to the realization that I am the teacher that I needed when I was a kid. I love my students hard and will give them the world. I go above and beyond for every child that I work with. To be the teacher they never forget is the biggest compliment I have ever gotten from a child. I want to be that teacher for your child!
