Description
Class Experience
In this 7 week course course we will look at various black individuals and why they have been important in history. I plan to highlight individuals that aren’t always taught or brought up in traditional history classes. Many times these stories and achievements aren’t always taught in history classes. However, this course will allow you to gain a new knowledge base about these individuals. We will also have discussions about what you believe the reason to be for why we don’t alway see these...
I am a certified history teacher. I love studying history of all sorts and have taken many different types of history courses.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
30 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
