Class Experience

During class we will be investigating an animal and its bizarre behavior! We are going to be great detectives during class as we follow the clues to solve the mystery! The class will be set up where I will share clues and hints about different animals and one bizarre behavior. Students will work together to decide which animal has the bizarre behavior!

Once the correct match is discovered we will use our critical thinking skills to discover why they do weird behavior and discussing if we think this behavior helps or hurts their survival.

Greetings Parents!

My name is Ms. Meadows! Welcome to our online family! I live in Michigan and have been a public-school teacher for four years and spent 2020 teaching online full-time! I possess a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education (K-8) with a minor in mathematics. I also have a Master's Degree in Educational Learning and Technology. I've had the privilege to teach second and third grade and enjoy working with all ages. I have learned that every student is different. They learn different, they come from different backgrounds, they have different home lives, and many other factors. For this reason, I strive to teach in multiple different learning styles and to be present, flexible, honest, and open-minded will all my students. They will get my full support before, during, and after each class. In my classes, you can be sure there will be lots of smiles, positivity, and peer interactions. I hope that you will join me in our online family! I am excited to learn and have fun together!
