Homework
1-2 hours per week. Homework in the "Biz Kids Futurepreneur Workshop" will be assigned weekly, focusing on practical tasks like creating vision boards, conducting surveys, and drafting business plans. Homework will be checked for effort and understanding, not strict correctness. All assignments are required to ensure comprehensive learning.

Class Experience

tudents will learn the essentials of entrepreneurship, including idea generation, business planning, marketing and branding, financial literacy, pitching, and launching a business. They will also develop soft skills like teamwork, public speaking, and problem-solving.

The course is structured over 8 weeks, with two sessions each week. Each week covers a specific theme and includes interactive activities to reinforce learning. Sessions are designed to be dynamic, combining theory with practical exercises and collaborative projects.

The course uses a mix of teaching methods to keep students engaged and excited. Each session includes interactive lectures, games, group discussions, video clips, and hands-on projects. The focus is on learning by doing, ensuring that students can apply what they learn in real-world scenarios.

My teaching style is interactive and student-centered. I believe in creating a fun and supportive environment where students feel comfortable to express their ideas and collaborate with their peers. I use a variety of activities to cater to different learning styles and keep the sessions dynamic and engaging.

Learners will have plenty of opportunities to interact with me and their peers. Each session includes group discussions, brainstorming sessions, and collaborative projects. Students will work in teams on various activities, and there will be frequent opportunities for Q&A and feedback. This ensures a high level of engagement and fosters a sense of community within the class

I also owned a kids' basketball training business for 10 years, coaching kids to perform at their maximum abilities. As a college professor in entrepreneurship and a DBA student at Georgia State University, I have extensive knowledge and experience in teaching business concepts and guiding young entrepreneurs.
