Bite Sized One to One Math Tutoring

Hello and Welcome!

I am very pleased to meet you! I tutor Pre-Algebra, Algebra, Geometry, Precalculus, Trigonometry and Calculus. In all these subjects, I have experience on and love dearly.

---Please inform the instructor which subject and which topics you would like your learner to cover ahead of class time (minimum of 1 hour please)--

These short duration sessions are helpful for many learners, including those with busy schedules, learners who like to meet with a tutor multiple times a week, etc. 

During the session, I will first listen patiently and assess what the student is struggling with. I will implement multiple strategies to approach the problem. This is to understand the learner's comprehension of the topic, and break problems down into manageable parts individualized to the learner. 

There will be guided practice problems and students will also be given the opportunity to work out problems with or without the teacher’s assistance.


Need me to provide practice problems? No problem. I can prepare those with notice:).
                        - If the goal is to fill in any concept gaps (fitting for multiple sessions)
                                  - Do a practice test assessment to identify the gaps and give an analysis
                                  -Send a written analysis to the parent
                                  -Each session will be focused on a specific concept
                                  - Practice problems will be provided

                        - If preparing for state exams/entrance exams 
                                  - I will provide an outline or plan for upcoming sessions
                                  - Homework/practice problems will be given (if requested)
                                  - Short mock quizzes to help the learner to be test ready


My goal is to help as much young math enthusiasts as possible. If the posted tutoring times do not match your learner's availability, you are welcome to contact me about a more convenient time.
