Class Experience
In this lesson, the young learners will observe six common birds found in the state of Pennsylvania. We will practice each birds’ song or call, and complete a fun math activity at the end of class stating which one is the learners' favorite. This is an introduction of bird study to younger children. We will start the class off by introducing ourselves by name and where we live. The learners will also be able to share the birds they hear and see in their own hometowns. By using video clips,...
