This class serves as excellent preparation for college. Students have the flexibility to join or withdraw at any point, and those enrolled for the full semester have the option to receive a certificate of completion and a letter grade. Each class is focused on specific topic: the following topics are included in full curiculum: - Cells structure - Macromolecules - Genetics - DNA replication, transcription, translation - Mitosis, Miosis - Biodiversity (domains, kingdoms, binomial...
Students will get a great review and practice questions on each topic, students who are enrolled for the full semester will be assessed for the unit knowledge and will get a mark (if they are interested) I am always available after class (or over email) to address more questions
Over 15 years of experience teaching high school biology. I hold PhD in biochemistry/cell biology and enjoy teaching my students in a fun and engaging way. Many of my past students are currently undergrads/graduates in top Canadian/US universities. Welcome to my classes!

We will have a practice worksheet for each topic students are encouraged to upload their homework to get personal feedback1 - 2 hours per week outside of class
