Class Experience
A colouring page with different examples of specialised cells of the human body will be uploaded to the classroom for students to print or copy. The main class activity will revolve around colouring and labeling these, and involve components such as explanation segments on the structures or functions, guessing/voting to match a label with an image, and discussion. The aim is to add details to the diagrams and create an accurate, informative, and creative resource that students can keep and...
Students will learn the structures of different types of human body cells. Students will gain an understanding of how cells can be adapted to a specific function.
Printed copy of the handout (OR have it ready on a device where you can annotate). Colouring materials (any type).
45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
