I have been a certified veterinary technician for more than 30 years, have a MEd from Colorado State University and I am now finishing up my second Master’s program and will have a Master of Veterinary Education (MVEd) from Lincoln Memorial University’s School of Veterinary Medicine by spring 2024. I have been teaching at local colleges in veterinary Assistant Programs, and a variety of Veterinary Science programs for grades 3-5, 6-8, and high school as well as a local private university in an Equine Studies Program. I am also a homeschool mom! At home, my family has 3 mini horses, a Paint Horse, 4 Nigerian dwarf goats, 9 chickens and 2 cats! I am absolutely passionate about sharing my experience and love for animals and veterinary medicine with others!
