Class Experience

US Grade 2 - 5
Games are a great way for language students to learn grammar in a fun and relaxed environment. In this class students will build their confidence in asking and answering questions using the present perfect tense. Using the past participle is often a challenge for new English language learners; in this class, students practice and strengthen their memory of the various irregular verb tenses.

First students will review present perfect verb tense with a quick speed game. Students will see the word in the base form and then have to choose the past participle tense answer. Then students will ask and answer questions about travel, food, aliens, magic and more. We will play the TicTacToe game as a whole class, with each student having his/her own game board on a piece of paper.

**This is a great class for former students of Gogo, VipKids, PalFish, SayABC, Magic Ears and Whale English. I have taught for these companies in the past.**

**If there is only one student enrolled in the class, the class will be canceled 24 hours before start of class.
*Note: This is part of a series of fun and simple English games to practice grammar.
Learning Goals
In this class students will build their confidence in asking and answering questions using the present perfect tense. They will also improve their critical thinking skills as they try to win each TicTacToe game.
