Bilingual Drawing Class (Under the sea)
In this one-time class, we will be drawing 5 different types of sea animals. This is a bilingual class where I will be speaking 50 percent in English and 50 percent in Spanish.

Summer Fun Class! Under the sea (Bajo el mar) *This is a one-time 30 minute class. This class will be taught in both Spanish and English. Native Spanish speakers and Native English speakers are welcomed. Welcome! We will be drawing five sea animals and I'll also be stating some fun facts about each animal throughout the class. :) I will be using a document camera to demonstrate the drawing steps and students are welcome to follow along. List of sea animals dolphin fish turtle jellyfish starfish Students will then finish off the class labeling each animal in Spanish. This summer class will be offered from July to August 31st. I will be offering a different class for Fall, Winter and Spring. :)

Hello! My name is Miss Flores and I am so happy to be a part of Outschool. I’ve been working with kids for 10 years now and I love what I do. I received my bachelor's degree in Liberal Studies in March 2018 and I plan on pursuing a master's. I believe kids learn best when they feel most welcomed, comfortable, and safe. In my classroom I will encourage students to ask questions, make comments and allow time for them to interact among themselves.
I will be teaching beginner Spanish and will be offering tutoring services. I grew up speaking Spanish so it's a language I feel very comfortable with. Not only will I be teaching Spanish, but I also want to familiarize the students with a bit of the Mexican culture. Mexico has such a rich, vibrant, and diverse culture that the teaching possibilities are just endless.
