Class experience

Students will learn what macronutrients are, where they are found, and why we need them in our bodies.
I have an M.S. in health education and a B.S. in health, wellness, and nutrition.  I have spent most of the last decade developing and teaching curriculum for youth and family community health programs.   I've had the opportunity to help children and adults learn about the prevention and reversal of chronic health issues and feel more capable in the face of confusing health and nutrition information.
