This ongoing course will give learners the essential skills they need to succeed in Reading Writing and Vocabulary. Here are the some areas you will see development - Speaking: Conversation, Social Skills, ESL, Speech, Public Speaking, Debate Reading: Sight Words, Phonics, Fluency, Letters, Comprehension, Fluency, Book Club Writing: Sentences, Creative Writing, Stories, Essay Writing, Creative Writing, Paragraphs, Grammar Class description - - Each class' lesson will be dedicated to a specific reading or writing skill. - We will cover how to write paragraphs - develop comprehension skills through reading and answering questions - build up and develop grammar skills and knowledge - learn how to proofread a text - develop independent creative writing skills. Each lesson will be structured through teacher led modelling and class discussion with the aim to produce a piece of writing or respond to questions depending on that days lesson. This is a fun as well as focused writing class. Learners will interact with me through questioning and I will provide positive and constructive feedback throughout each lesson and also in the classroom. I have been teaching reading and writing skills since the last 8 years. I work on creative strategies to improve and develop vocabulary, writing essays and reading comprehension. I have also taught Language Arts as a Montessori teacher to lower elementary. I encourage and foster creativity and curiosity in language arts development using various techniques and strategies including varied reading and mentor texts. I have been a personal trainer to my daughter who won the State Spelling Bee when she was 10 years old.

I am a Math teacher and intervention specialist with 12 years of experience and teach elementary, middle school and High School Mathematics.
I am a proud mom of a 8th and a 6th grader both are excellent Math learners.
I graduated in Mathematics summa cum laude. I also teach Integrated Reading and Language Arts to Grades K to 8.
