In this ongoing class, intermediate Arabic learners will engage with various texts, using these to practice reading aloud, reading comprehension, and as a springboard for practicing oral and written communication.
Class experience
Reading Arabic texts can be quite challenging, but like most skills, it can be developed with practice. In this class, learners will be gradually coached to read short to medium-length texts. We will be looking at different types of sentences and how a series of sentences are linked together to convey a coherent block of ideas.
