Class Experience

I have been practicing yoga for 6 years, and I am a Certified Yoga Teacher and Social Emotional Learning Facilitator through Breathe For Change.
1 hour per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
It is good if you can have a cup of water handy to stay hydrated throughout the class, as well as use a yoga mat for safety if you have one.  Also make sure there are no sharp objects on the floor where you will be practicing.  If you are able to get yoga props, please have a bolster, strap, and yoga block.  If not, please check the supply list for alternatives, or, it is ok to take the class without props and I will provide modifications for you.
Yoga mat (if possible, otherwise please practice on a towel), cup of water, towel
Props:  yoga block, bolster, yoga strap.
If you do not have these props, it is ok to substitute a scarf, or belt for a strap, a pillow for a bolster, and a book for a block, or another pillow.  It is ok if you are not able to have props for class, but they are helpful for some yoga postures.
