This is a 5-week FLEX course with the materials presented in pre-recorded video lecture format posted online on a weekly basis. During this 5-week course, students will become familiar with some fundamentals of Russian grammar and work on their vocabulary, reading, writing, and comprehension skills. A video lesson, the accompanying learning materials and the homework assignment for that lesson will be posted each Monday before noon (Mountain Time). Students will also receive access to the...
After completing this course students will: - know Russian alphabet - be able to read on a basic level in Russian - introduce themselves in Russian - use greeting/farewell phrases in Russian - ask and tell age in Russian - ask and tell about family in Russian - ask and answer simple questions in Russian - describe people and things in Russian
Both written and video homework will be assigned each week. 1 to 2 hours will be required to complete homework assignments every week.
