Description
Class Experience
Students will practice making and reading words using simple spelling patterns.
I have 15 years teaching in the face to face setting Kindergarten through 6th grade. Over 10 of those years were spent teaching Kindergarten. Making Words is an activity that I have used in multiple grade levels to practice different blending patterns. I have learned many teaching techniques over the years that I incorporate into my teaching.
Each week students will need to print out the weekly worksheet with letter tiles to cut out and a place to record words. Learners will be expected to have their letter tiles cut out before class begins.
30 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
