Class Experience

If you enjoy drawing and have a fondness for cats, this class is perfect for you! In this session, we’ll be creating a simple yet charming cat in a sleeping pose, starting with just a couple of circles as our foundation.

Together, we’ll go over quick introductions, cover class rules, and ensure everyone has the needed supplies ready. After that, the fun begins as we dive into drawing and coloring our sleepy cats! As we progress, you’ll pick up helpful tips for adding expression and personality to your artwork.

If time permits, we’ll also explore drawing a second cat in a different pose to expand your skills and creativity. By the end of the class, you’ll have multiple pieces to show off, and a chance to share them with new friends who share your interests.

*For this class, learners will need a piece of paper, pencil, coloring utensils and a cup (I use a standard solo cup).
