In this semester class you will continue your Arabic journey, building on what you have learned so far. This class helps you put your knowledge of the Arabic alphabet to use, providing you with further opportunities to enhance your reading skills and practice writing. It will also focus on improving your speaking and listening skills, expanding your vocabulary and introducing verb use in Modern Standard Arabic. You will become more comfortable reading and writing, and have greater fluency in conversation. You will learn more ways to ask and answer questions, and acquire the ability to talk about recurring and past events. Additionally, you will learn how to state your opinions about different propositions.

Homework for this class will be in the form of worksheet practice, recordings of reading practice and Quizlet sets.1 - 2 hours per week outside of class
