Description
Class Experience
Students will improve their understanding of place value. Specifically, values of digits, standard form, word form, expanded form and place value blocks.
Students will have 3 assignments to practice their independent skills. Each night an assignment will be given that will be due the following class time.
In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:
Student will be assessed through individual homework assignments.
2 hours 30 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
We will be using a place value chart and list of number words, as well as the website abcya.com.
