Class Experience

Beginner Level
This is a beginner's guide to solving a Rubik's Cube. In this class, students will get the opportunity to learn a series of basic steps to learn how to solve a 3X3 model of the Rubik's Cube. We will have a PowerPoint presentation with guided practice, video clips and
discussions. I will give a step-by-step demonstration and then let each individual person try. Students will be able to interact with the teacher and with each other throughout the class period. Both beginners and intermediate learners are encouraged to attend.

This class will cover a number of math concepts such as:
Conceptualize surface area and volume.
Analyzing fractions, ratios and proportional reasoning.
Understanding algorithms thus following a step-by-step formula

My goal is to help as much young learners as possible. If the posted class times do not match your learner's availability, you are welcome to contact me about a more convenient time. Or if you have any other questions, please, reach out to me. I will respond within 24 hours. Looking forward to hearing from you! ~ Miss Louis
