1 in-class hoursClass Experience
In this guided drawing course, students will learn art vocabulary around one-point perspective drawing. I teach through: tell, show, do, feedback (a method I learned in my time with Starbucks, a long time ago) I find that students learn in a variety of ways (hearing, seeing and doing). This practice allows every student to learn in their own unique way. I will teach the steps to creating a fun one-point perspective drawing of a road through a town from start to finish. Students may have time to add color to their images, depending on the size of the class and each individual students drawing experience. Feedback is essential to artists ( and learners!), I love doing gallery walks where students can share their artwork and get praise and critiques from their peers (what they did well, what they can improve on etc). No experience is needed, come join us in a fun drawing exercise.
Learning Goals
Students will be able to create their own one-point perspective drawing.
