Do you want your learner to explore the world of Physics? Do you want your learner to build more problem-solving skills in Science and go beyond? If you answer yes to any of these questions, then this Introductory Physics Course will be for your elementary and middle school learners to boost their confidence and mindset to a higher level. This is a Basic Physics Course and an exciting course for anyone who wants to learn the world of physics in a concise and easy language. In this interactive class, we will introduce Physics topic with a thorough explanation and make sure that students are familiar with background knowledge of any topics that will be discussed during the class. This introduction will hopefully motivate students to want to learn more and will give them a basic understanding of concepts. Real World problem demonstration and problem-solving will also be a part of the class. I have been teaching physics to all levels of school students for the past 12 years and I have mapped an engaging way to deliver the science lesson. Each section will be discussed with enough examples and practice problems so that effective learning can take place along the way. Also, there will be games and quizzes to enhance students' participation and interaction in the Kahoot.it which will be really fun and exciting for everyone. The curriculum meets the Common Core Standard (CCS) for Introductory Physics Class but also exceeds them in several places. This is one of the best homeschool classes for learners and will elevate your homeschool with an awesome learning experience. This ongoing course will be offered 1 time per week to fit your learner’s needs. Each class will focus on a specific topic and learners will be provided with follow-up materials (worksheets or online resources) for extra practice. I am happy to answer follow-up questions and that will be addressed through learner messages. This class will expose students to various math concepts. Students should have an understanding of how to solve equations, work with percentages, coordinate grids, and basic math operations. Our class will be engaging via discussion, modeling, and guided and independent practice. (P.S - If any student needs additional 1-on-1 tutoring, they can book a separate private math tutoring class with me to boost their learning ability). As a Senior Tutor of The Princeton Review and Tutor.com, I have been able to conduct more than 15,000 online sessions. So far, I have been able to receive more than 5,000 verified reviews and 2,000 student favorite badges. This has given me an opportunity to understand student psychology. I take multiple different approaches to break down the lessons. My lesson deliverables are easy to understand and students are able to build their learning blocks from Zero Level. Weekly Course/Lesson Breakdown: Week of Sept 5: Introduction to Physics: The Metric System of Measurement & Common Metric Units in Physics Week of Sept 12: Equations in Physics: Units in Equation + Unit Conversion Week of Sept 19: Motion: Speed and Velocity Week of Sept 26: Motion: Scalar and Vector Quantity Week of Oct 3: Force: Types of Force and Calculation of Force and Newton's Laws Week of Oct 10: Gravity and Weight Week of Oct 17: Moment or Torque Week of Oct 24: Work, Energy, and Power Week of Oct 31: Potential and Kinetic Energy Week of Nov 7: Momentum Week of Nov 14: Principle of Momentum and Collision Week of Nov 21: NO CLASS (Thanksgiving Break) Week of Nov 28: Introduction to Waves and Different Wave Mechanisms such as Reflection, Refraction, Diffraction, etc. Week of Dec 5: Wave Calculation and Finding different wave parameters Week of Dec 12: Static Electricity and Current in a Circuit Week of Dec 19: Electromagnetism Each of the sessions has been designed to be interactive, fun, and exciting where students will be active participants during the learning process. There will be games and quiz activities to speed up the problem-solving approach. Before we wrap up the session, a QnA session will be conducted to clear up any confusion. Remember, learning takes you to the next level. So, Learn More.

Teacher expertise and credentials
I have been a Senior Math and Science Tutor at the Princeton Review and Tutor.com for the past 5 years. I have tutored over 10,000 students in core math (algebra, trigonometry, geometry, and statistics) and science (including physics and chemistry) subjects for the last 5-6 years from grade 1 to grade 12. I love to work with students. My simple step-by-step blueprint system has helped thousands of students and I hope it will help you as well in your learning journey. Over 5,000 of my students have rated my learning on the online platform and more than 2,000 students have put me as their favorite tutor.
My simple step-by-step learning instruction breaks down any learning session into digestible pieces, so students find it easy to comprehend and build up the learning experience.
In terms of my education, I have completed Mechanical Engineering Degree from one of the top universities in Canada and, I have also worked with companies in CAD modeling applications and 3D Designs. I have trained students in 3D modeling & design, and also supervised summer camps.
My immense passion for teaching brought me to Outschool to help a wider number of students and bolster their learning process.
Remember, learning takes you to the next level. So, learn more !!!
