In this class we will be learning step by step how to curl our hair with a curling wand. No previous knowledge is required, beginners welcome. This will be an interactive class where I will be curling my hair right along with the learners. We will discuss how to section our hair, the proper way to hold the curling wand, the right size piece of hair to grab, how to wrap the hair, and how to alternate our curls for a natural look. My goal is to teach learners a skill that will give them confidence going into their teenage years, and to have a skill to take with them throughout their lives. We will be able to practice as we curl our entire heads, and have a fun "presentation" at the end where we can all congratulate each other on our beautiful hair. **Learners will need to have at least shoulder length hair for this class**

Parental Guidance
Extremely hot curling wand will be used, parental supervision may be needed. Learners can use a hand glove (most curling wands come with a glove, but any glove works) to avoid burning their fingers due to inexperience.

-Hair Rubberband/scrunchie
-Curling wand: any curling iron will work. If you only have a wand with a hand clamp, it is fine.
