Playing dress up and planning outfits is a lot of fun. Drawing those outfit ideas can add a little more creativity to your wardrobe. By mixing and matching ideas on paper, you can create outfit ideas that you didn’t even know were possibilities. In this class we will use our closets, imaginations, and a few weekly themes to showcase our fun Outfit of the Day ideas. Each week students will plan and draw their outfit ideas and create stylized flat lays of the garments that they create. Outfit ideas will be shared to the classroom via video or photo and explanation of styling. Illustration templates or Croquis will be provided to students so that they can focus on drawing clothing details. There will also be mini quiz based upon each week’s fashion rules. Students can also apply recommended fashion tricks to enhance outfit ideas. New outfits don’t need to be purchased for this course. The fun and magic of this course is to use outfits from personal closet.
