This beginners course is designed to teach those who are new to crochet or who needs help with their basic crochet skills. Topics discussed are the following: 1. Slip knot 2. Chain stitch 3. Single crochet 4. How to add rows I like host this class in a relaxed yet engaging online environment where students can ask questions about their projects, show them off, and even start crocheting for the first time. If there are several students enrolled, I give each student my attention until they feel comfortable. The class is a open-minded but respectful atmosphere where discussion is welcomed.

About me:
I earned my bachelor’s in Political Science with a minor in Psychology, Paralegal certification in Litigation, Scrum Master and SAFe Certified. After graduation, I worked with children who were diagnosed with Autism, Autism Spectrum, ADHD, and various other behavioral health disorders. I am currently an ESL teacher for children and adults on 2 other platforms and I completed my 120 TESOL certification in 2019; I am also employed in the financial industry as well. Aside from teaching, I own a business designing accessories such as jewelry, crocheting, and knitting. I have been crocheting and sewing since I was 7 years old and making jewelry since my 20’s. I am a self-taught knitter.
Why should I teach your child? Because I am very patient, kind, encouraging, and have the skills and knowledge of each topic.
What will your child learn from my class? Patience and creativity. The beauty about creativity is that you can always start over. Also, from the class students will learn to trust the process and to find beauty in our gifts and talents.
