Students will learn brainstorming techniques when creating different elements of their very own short story. Students will create every aspect of their short story including: character(s), a setting, a problem and a solution. Students will be able to become an author and illustrator of their very own short story.
A weekly assignment and discussion will be required weekly.
paper drawing tool (pencil, crayons, markers)
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
No live meetings, and maybe some time outside of class.
Students may need help from parents when writing a sentence to describe their illustrations.
