Welcome to Beginners boxing's basics and fundamentals. Experience not required. This class is for students who have an interest and curiosity in learning how to box. This class will also teach students self defense, provide a cardio workout, and provide an avenue for amateur and professional boxing for students who have that desire. Learners should have a clear open space to workout in. Sneakers, and comfortable workout clothing.
55 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Students who attend class consistently will improve their techniques and get stronger while learning self-defense. Students are encouraged to take breaks as needed. There are no equipment necessary, but please have your learner use their punching bag and gloves if available. Students should wear proper footwear when taking the class outdoors. In addition, please allow enough space for your learner to move around and have water nearby.
