💙💜💛 Welcome to Sing Create Play!! >>>> 𝘾𝙊𝙐𝙍𝙎𝙀 𝙊𝙐𝙏𝙇𝙄𝙉𝙀 <<<< This is an ongoing course for advanced beginners and intermediate students, we will build on student's skills: learning to switch between chords, mixed or complex strumming patterns and rhythms while learning a new song each week. * 𝘗𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘦 𝘯𝘰𝘵𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘪𝘴 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘢 𝘤𝘭𝘢𝘴𝘴 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘢 𝘴𝘵𝘶𝘥𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘸𝘩𝘰 𝘩𝘢𝘴 𝘯𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳 𝘱𝘭𝘢𝘺𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘨𝘶𝘪𝘵𝘢𝘳 𝘣𝘦𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘦. Students should have experience of playing at least 2-3 of the following chords: C Major, D Major, A minor, A Major, D minor, G Major and F Major (simplified or full chords). This is an inclusive class and children of all abilities and disabilities are welcome. I have experience in a classroom as an Early Years and Primary Teacher with a variety of children. Please send me a quick message with details about your child's needs or diagnosis and I will do my best to accommodate them in my class! 𝗘𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲: 1. We will sing a simple 'Hello Song'. 2. We will learn the new chords required for the song we are learning during that class. 3. We will practise the strumming technique for that specific song 4. We will learn the song, line by line, verse by verse. 5. It is a very flexible course, and they will benefit whenever they join! This class will meet the needs of each type of learner, that includes kinaesthetic, visual, and auditory. For best results in seeing success with learning new songs is practising the chord transitions during class and outside it. -> Please notice that the songs will be adapted to beginner level, so beginners can play them. For this reason, for some of the songs you may not be able to play along with the original song, as it will be in a different key that is tricky for very beginners.

Supply List
➡️ Learners can use a pick, but it is not compulsory; I actually recommend the use of fingers for strumming/picking. ➡️ Please make sure you position the learners, so I can see their BOTH hands when playing, head to the waist, in a well-lit room. The young learner can sit on the floor, with their legs crossed. If they are joining from an iPad/laptop, they can also be on the floor or a little stool, it can point straight or downwards. ➡️ Please feel free to send me a message if you have any questions or concerns. ♪ The teacher will provide the songs and other files (strumming and chord sheets); ♪ Students can have a classical or an acoustic guitar as well as an electric guitar plugged into an amp and also a CAPO. ♪ Tuner App ♪ Please make sure you tune your guitar before class as we will not discuss tuning in this class. Here is a video explaining how to tune your guitar using a guitar tuner app on your phone.
