Class Experience

In this course, learner’s will work on mastering addition! We start off very basic, learning how to add 1-10 numbers. After the child has shown mastery of this, we then move on to adding double digits. 

We will use hands on manipulatives, flash cards, some silly songs, worksheets, games, and slides to learn adding. Please note that I do send worksheets home, weekly, to be completed. I keep in close contacts with families, as well, to help with learning these facts.

Worksheets will be assigned weekly and will not take any longer than 10-15 minutes to complete. Children will also be asked to work on Flashcards each day for a minimum of 10 minutes.

Addition Flashcards, pencil and paper,  erasers, gold fish or cheerios(will give advanced notice).

1 hour per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
