Beginner Yoga with MiaRose will incorporate exercises and techniques to enhance both physical and mental wellbeing. This introductory class is great for the beginner or someone looking to learn more about the basics of yoga. Expect to stretch your body and use a number of breathing techniques to relax and calm the mind. No prior yoga or athletic experience is required for this course. I will take some time before and after each class for questions but the style of teaching will be active movement and demonstration based.
Learning Goals
Students will leave class feeling rejuvenated and have a better understanding of why yoga and mindfulness is important for each and every one of us.
