Teacher expertise and credentials
Bachelor's Degree in Foreign Language from Eureka College
I hold my bachelor's degree in Spanish and have taken numerous education courses. I have had the opportunity to experience the cultures of various Spanish speaking countries. While studying abroad in Costa Rica, I taught English to school aged children. Before staying home to raise my own children, I ran an after school program for elementary students, as well as taught high school Spanish I, II, and III. I pride myself on making content interactive and engaging, so that students retain the material and desire to learn more!
