This is a full curriculum semester class for beginner Spanish learners wanting to start speaking from day one with plenty of opportunities for practice.

Beginner Level
This is a highly interactive class where students are expected to participate in the activities to practice the language. They are also encouraged to keep their cameras on as much as possible.
CONTENT DESCRIPTION (Content might be modified based on the needs of the students)
Students will learn and practice the following communicative abilities:
Week 1: Telling my name and introducing myself to others.
Week 2: Talking about important days of the year.
Week 3: Talking...This class is taught in Spanish.
The learning goals are based on the performance descriptors from the American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages (ACTFL). Student will participate in conversations on very familiar topics using a variety of words, phrases, simple sentences, and questions that have been highly practiced.
I am a Spaniard living in the US and a certified teacher. I have taught Spanish for over 20 years in a variety of settings, including traditional schools and college as well as online private and group classes. I hold a Master of Arts in Linguistics and a Master in Spanish Education.
