In this 6 week course, students are introduced to phonics and reading with themes including LEGOs, Minecraft, and Star Wars. Students will focus on reading CVC words and word building using some of their favorite characters and books!

*No live classes Self-paced class designed for one learner over the course of 6 weeks. Students will be able to use recognizable blocky animals from Minecraft, images from Star Wars, and by using LEGOs and their favorite books and holidays to focus on letter sounds, phonics, and word building with CVC word families. Students will improve their phonics skills through word-building, practicing CVC words, singing songs, and completing a quiz after class on the Kahoot! app (free download). Good for both native English speakers and ESL learners.
