5-6-7-8! Get ready to dance, have fun, and shake those pom poms! Join us for a four day camp meant to get your student moving and bring out their team spirit. Each class will begin with a warm up and stretching before learning basic cheer and pom pom movements. Each day, we will review the movements from the previous day, learn new moves, and then combine them until the group has learned a fun beginner level routine to the Disney Zombies song, "We Got This". Please ensure that your learner is wearing sneakers of some sort. We want to make sure that we protect those toes! Pom poms are not required but make the class so much more fun!
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Please ensure that your student has an open space free from potential hazards. Students should have appropriate foot attire such as sneakers and a water bottle as we will take quick water breaks. By enrolling your student in this class, you understand that your student's participation may involve risk, including, but not limited to sprains, pulled muscles, aches and pains and overall general soreness. It is also understood that any instruction provided is intended only to guide students through warm ups and choreography using proper form and technique. It is up to you and your student to monitor intensity levels and to make your own determination concerning the appropriate level of activity based on the student's physical health. You understand that any questions concerning the student's ability to participate should be discussed with your physician.
