Beginner Piano Class for 4-9 Year-Olds - Little Musicians Rising Stars 2

This class is perfect for learners who have taken my Beginner Piano Class ONE for Ages 3 - 5 Years Old - Little Musicians Rising Stars or another kind introduction to piano with a knowledge of the notes, Middle C, D and E and rhythm introduction but are not ready to move into a private lesson yet.  I teach in a very patient, fun, and engaging style.   This is a year-round program. 

Any keyboard will work for this class.   We use the John W. Schaum Piano Course: Pre-A : The Green Book.  This book is required to take the class.  
 
Scope & Sequence:
First 5 minutes:  We will play the song from the previous week and give anyone who wants to play it by themselves.  
Nest 15 minutes:  Learn the New Song of the Week by clapping out the rhythm and together with all the learners, figure out the notes of the song.  Practice playing the song together so everyone is comfortable. 
Last 5 minutes:  Allow each student who wants, to perform a song on the piano. I find those that are shy, start performing within the 2nd and 3rd week.
