Welcome to a step by step and easy to follow Beginner Violin Music Class for Kids ages 3-6.  It teaches beginner violin technique as well as note reading to curious and enthusiastic young minds.  Through the importance of repetition, the class teaches proper violin posture, left hand fingering and note reading (plucking) as well as bowing.  Violin is an exciting instrument to learn when it’s fun and easy to follow and understand. CLASS ROUTINE 

> Every class begins with a fun review of a previous lesson taught and an open student/teacher conversation to help answer any questions 
> New lesson is taught every week unless the learner requires more practice time and understanding to be able to progress 
> Homework or practice material is given every week and reviewed before moving onto a new lesson
> Performance tests through well known violin tunes are given after every lesson in order to test note reading, playing ability and performance skills

TEACHING STYLE

> Large and colorful, easy-read slides are used to help explain beginner musical concepts such as musical alphabet and note reading 
> Pictures, videos, and presentations are often displayed to show important aspects of violin posture, bow movement, violin tuning, etc.
