This is the same class as the other 18-lesson unit called “Chinese Unit 1: All About Me 1-On-1 (40-Minute)” the reason why you are seeing "Chinese Unit 1-A/B/C" is becasue I want to break the camp down to 3 small camps in order to give families more options for smaller upfront payments. Please make sure that you learner has taken the two trial/prep lessons of mine before you register this. This is what this part of the unit covers: Lesson 1. Nice to meet you! Lesson 2. Numbers 1-8 in Chinese. Lesson 3. I'm ...Years old. (learn how to say number up to 99) Lesson 4. I really like animals. Lesson 5. I like kittens/doggies/pigs Lesson 6. I have a kitten/cat. His/her name is… All the classes will be taught in an interactive and progressive manner. Students will be spending most of their time practicing tones, pronunciations and sentences with me.
Learning Goals
The goal of Chinese Unit 1 is to help learners master Chinese pinyin, develop a good habit for learning Chinese, learn to express themselves in Chinese and be able to come up with a Chinese self-introduction. This camp will help learners build up a stronger foundation before they start learning having conversations in Chinese in the next camp.
